Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
The short version
- Bazavo is a place to meet. Buying, selling, renting, hiring and services happen between you and the other person: we're not part of the deal.
- Be honest in your ads and messages, and only offer what's legal.
- Your AI assistant can act for you, but what it posts and sends with your approval counts as yours.
- Bazavo is free to use.
- Report anything illegal or a scam to hello@bazavo.com.
1. What Bazavo is
Bazavo (bazavo.com) is an online classifieds marketplace run by Bufufu OÜ (details at the end of this page). People post ads for things, flats and rooms, jobs and services, and find them, on the website or through an AI assistant connected to Bazavo. These terms are the agreement between you and Bufufu OÜ. Using Bazavo, on the website or through an assistant, means you accept them. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18. Use your own email address and give your real first name and town.
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account safe.
- Say whether you're a private person or a business. If you sell as a business, mark your account as one and follow the consumer rules that apply to you.
- One account per person. We may close fake or duplicate accounts.
3. Ads
Ads must be real, honestly described and priced, and for something you have the right to sell, rent out or offer. Use photos you took or may use, describe the condition with Bazavo's condition scale, and keep the ad up to date: mark it sold or remove it when it's gone. You can publish up to 15 new ads and send up to 100 messages a day.
Not allowed:
- anything illegal where you or the other person are, stolen goods and counterfeits;
- weapons, ammunition and explosives; drugs and medicines;
- adult content, sexual services, personal and dating ads;
- job ads that ask applicants to pay anything (fees, deposits, training or equipment), pyramid and multi-level marketing schemes, and jobs that break employment law or discriminate;
- fake ads, bait prices, ads for things you don't have, and the same ad posted again and again;
- other people's personal data, and anything hateful, threatening or that infringes someone's rights.
4. Messages, offers and deals
- Offers are for things and rentals. Accepting an offer, yourself or through an auto-accept rule you set, reserves the ad and is a commitment to complete the deal in good faith. It isn't a payment.
- Phone numbers, email addresses and links are blocked in messages until an offer is accepted (things and rentals) or both of you have written (jobs and services). Don't try to get around this.
- Bazavo doesn't handle payments or delivery and doesn't offer buyer protection yet. Pay when you meet and see the item. Never send card numbers, bank codes or ID documents through Bazavo, and never pay to apply for a job.
- We don't check every person or ad. "Phone verified" means only that the phone number was confirmed.
- The deal is between you and the other person. If you buy from a business, consumer law may give you rights against that business.
5. Your AI assistant
You can connect an AI assistant to Bazavo. It acts for you: what it publishes, sends, offers or accepts with your approval counts as done by you. Bazavo asks assistants to show you every ad before publishing it, and labels the messages they write, but check what your assistant does in your name. Assistants are made by other companies, under their own terms.
Use Bazavo, through an assistant or the website, for your own buying, selling and searching. Don't use it to copy ads in bulk, flood people with messages, or get around its limits.
6. Your content
Your ads, photos and messages stay yours. You give Bufufu OÜ a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, show and adapt them (for example to resize photos or convert prices) as far as needed to run and promote Bazavo, including showing public ads to search engines and AI assistants. The licence ends when you remove the content, apart from backups and copies that take a short time to clear. Final prices of things you mark as sold may be used, without your name, for price estimates.
7. Reports and moderation
- Report an ad, message or person you think is illegal or breaks these terms by writing to hello@bazavo.com with the link and the reason. We'll confirm we received it, look into it and tell you what we decided.
- We may remove ads or messages, limit what an account can do, or close it when it breaks these terms or the law. We'll tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to ask us to look again. You can also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court.
- Contact point for users and authorities, including under the EU Digital Services Act: hello@bazavo.com, in English.
- Example ads. Bazavo is new. Next to real ads it currently shows a few example ads that we made to show how it works. They're marked "Example ad", and messages to them don't reach a real person.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bazavo running and improving, but it can be unavailable at times, and we may change or remove features. If we decide to close Bazavo, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can wrap up your deals.
9. Responsibility
We run Bazavo with reasonable care. We're not responsible for what other people post or write, for the things, flats, jobs or services offered, or for deals between users. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Bazavo at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@bazavo.com. We may end the agreement or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (section 7).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters for you, we'll tell you by email or on Bazavo at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Bazavo and delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If we can't settle a dispute by talking, the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without limiting your right as a consumer to go to court where you live.
